Businesswoman Perri (Abdulaziz) has no interest in losing the power over her own life through marriage. But one day on a business trip she falls a sleep on a plane and wakes up in an alternate universe where she is a housewife with children.
It seems that acting in comedies in Egypt means exaggerating your mimic and actin all together, so enjoying this movie requires a certain taste for slap stick humour and amateur plays. With that said, the cast is charming, especially Abdulaziz (AL Rahina, 2006) in the lead, and easily wins you over for the hour and half it lasts. It seems a bit odd that a movie about an as strong woman as Perri seems to focus on teaching women that their dream should be having a family, but if not taken too seriously it is quite amusing.
Lead actress Yasmin Abdulaziz has been acting since she was twelve, where she began her career in commercials.
