I’ll Be Home For Christmas
There is no doubt that young Taylor Thomas (Tom and Huck, 1995) has plenty of charm and with an added great sense for comic timing it is strange he hasn’t had mor of a cinematic career. Here he perfectly embodies a youngster getting a way with murder by the force of his words and raises what could have been more like a plain TV movie to an entertaining watch to raise the Holiday Spirit. As is almost required the lead goes through a healthy portion of personal growth in the movie as he learns to use his resourcefulness for better and perhaps even for others than himself. Biel (Valentine’s Day, 2010) is an equally amount of sweetness and spikiness as Allie and LaVorgna (Milk Money, 1994) a delight as a rival easy to despite but Taylor Thomas is in center throughout, something he can luckily easily pull off.
